Tutorial
In occasion of the sixtth Cladag conference, a Tutorial on "Data mining for CRM" will take place on September 10th and 11th.
Customer relationship management aims to identify means to create and enhance a company’s relationship with its clients, to provide efficient communication with customers,
to retain existing customers and to acquire new and potential customers. Many data mining techniques can allow us to achieve the previous goals and all of them are based on the
analysis of customer interests, requirements and buying habits. The tutorial includes case studies using
SAS Enterprise Miner; no previous knowledge of this tool is assumed or required.

• Students and PhD students attending the Tutorial are invited to the Conference Gala dinner (Thursday evening) at the special price of 35€.
